If you enjoy candy making and are ready to learn more, check out this class. In this class, you will make a cookie and box mold, a truffle, and hand drawn chocolate decorations. You do NOT need to have taken Basic Candy Play to take this class.
Getting Started With Buttercream – $45.00

Remember that rich, creamy icing you love so much from a bakery cake? That is called buttercream and learn to make your own and basic techniques on how to decorate with it. You will learn how to level and torte, ice, and smooth a cake. Fundamentals will be taught on the tools used to ice and border a cake as well as some simple techniques to give your cake that creative touch.
Borders & Things – $25.00

Ready for more cake decorating? A continuation class to the Cake Decorating (Buttercream) class, you will learn to do a variety of borders and decorations using buttercream and royal icing such as the reverse shell, basketweave, rope, and more. Learn to create unique cakes to give your cakes that beautiful one of a kind look you see professionals creating. **Some cake decorating skills required.**
Chocolate Favorites – $25.00
(Tuesday, December 19) (6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.) (Ages 10 & Up)
Ready to play with some more chocolate? Come learn how to make everyone’s favorite chocolates. In this half demonstrative, half interactive class, you will learn how to make truffles, turtles, inside out cherries, and peanut butter cups. They make great gifts for the holidays or any occasion and a quick, easy addition to dessert table.

Royal Icing Flowers – $25.00

Ready to take your decorating skills to the next level? Learn how to make flowers out of royal icing such as pansies, mums, lilies, wild rose, and filler flowers. They can be made ahead of time to keep you ahead of the game. So when you need to give your cake or cupcakes some pizzazz in a pinch, you will be ready to go. **Some cake/cupcake decorating skills required.**
Cupcake Decorating – $30.00 (Gluten Free – $35.00)

Want to give your cupcakes some personality? Learn how to fill cupcakes and different ways to decorate them. You will be shown various techniques with multiple tips on how to give your cupcakes some oomph. 12 cupcakes will be provided along with all materials needed.

Rolled Fondant – $95.00

If you’ve ever wondered how fondant works, this class is for you. You will learn how to color fondant, roll it out, cover a cake, and add a border. Timer permitting, different techniques such as attaching fondant to fondant or a simple bow will also be shown.
Cookie Decorating – $25.00 (Gluten Free – $30.00)

Ever had a cookie that you thought was too pretty to eat? Those can be your cookies! Learn how to decorate sugar cookies with cookie icing AND fondant. Each student will be provided with 12 cookies and all materials needed.
